"Marma" is a confluence of devotional, spiritual, and philosophical poetry by the Bhakti Saints of the Indian Sub- continent. Conceptualised by Chandana Bala kalyan, it is presented in various classical, sufi, jazz,light classical, and folk genres.

The compositions touch upon different paths to devotion, Margas of Bhakti, and philosophical teachings spanning from Andal, Haridasas of Karnataka, Amir Khusro, Bulleshah,Thyagaraja,Annamacharya, Kabir, Meerabai, Jayadeva, Kanaka dasa, Tyagaraja, Soyrabai,Sadashiva Bramhendra, Tukaram, and many others.

These are presented in genres such as Krithis, Bhajans, Qawwali, Devaranama,Varnam, Abhangs,Gee gee Pada, and so on.

A unique concept with varied genres of music,"Marma" is making its debut in Dubai on December 1 2024.
