Gulf Business Real Estate Summit & Awards 2026 - Registration in Dubai

As Gulf Business marks three decades of chronicling the region’s economic transformation, it is launching a new flagship platform for one of the Gulf’s most influential sectors: the inaugural Gulf Business Real Estate Awards, taking place in May 2026.

Set against a market with more than $1tn in live and planned real estate projects, the awards will recognise excellence across more than 40 categories, reflecting the full breadth of the real estate value chain.

From master developers and iconic projects to smart and sustainable developments, proptech innovation, construction excellence and industry leadership, the programme captures the scale, sophistication, and momentum of the region’s property sector.

Winners will then be selected through a rigorous, independent judging process, aligned with the same standards that have established the Gulf Business Awards as one of the region’s most credible benchmarks of excellence.

The awards will be preceded by a Gulf Business Real Estate Summit and panel discussion, bringing together senior developers, investors, policymakers and industry leaders to examine the trends shaping the next phase of growth across the GCC.
